We welcome you on the homepage of the pension Bartz, your friendly domicile in Traben-Trarbach, “heart of the Mittelmosel”. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, our pension is your place to be. Our pension is located in Bad Wildstein, a quiet part of Traben-Trarbach, directly at the nice Kautenbach. Within 15 minutes walking you reach the city centre – only five minutes away you enjoy the comfort of the Spa “Moseltherme”.
On this page we like to provide you with informations regarding our pension and interesting activities for your stay. Of course we are glad, if you decide to stay in our house, for reservation inquiries please use our contact form.

Our freshly reconditioned single and double rooms are cosy and comfortably furnished, partially equipped with a balcony and have modern showers and WCs. A family suite with four beds and own bathroom completes our offer.

- Internet access via WLAN Hotspot.
- Lockable garage for bycycles.
- Wallbox at the house for a fee.
You are welcome to bring your dog by appointment. For this we charge 10,00 € per day. It is not allowed that your dog jumps on our furniture or sleeps in the bed.

The art nouveau small town Traben-Trarbach is situated at one of the pictorial twists of the Mosel. Surrounded by vineyards, Traben-Trarbach offers a far variety of activities beside the historical sights of the city and the fascinating landscape: from the termalbath “Moseltherme” offering “sportive active relaxed enjoyment” over to mountainbiking and inline skating along the Mosel, up to tennis and golf, each guest will find the appropriate vacation program.
All along the Mosel, from Koblenz to Trier, picturesque small towns and castles invite you for a visit. In addition, the way into the volcanic Eifel with its “Maaren” or to the Hunsrück with the jewel centre Idar Oberstein is not far and waits for you to be discovered. Ruin Grevenburg
For over 300 years the castle was the shield of Traben-Trarbach until it was destroyed as the last of the Mosel castles in 1734. Today it is the romantical trademark of the town. A visit at the “Burgschänke” and its shady
castle garden is rewarded with an impressive panorama. Just follow the signs-posts from the centre of the city to the castel.
